DEFECTED & GLITTERBOX New Year's Eve

When: Tuesday 31st December 2024 (New Year's Eve)

Where: Depot (Mayfield) in Manchester

The Warehouse Project is of course back with one of the best Manchester NYE events this year. This time, Defected teams up with Glitterbox.

For this one, they've got some massive names including Low Steppa, Groove Armada, Sam Divine, and Shermanology in the Depot from Defected. Glitterbox takes over the Concourse with Melvo Baptiste, Barbara Tucker (live PA), and more. Finally, Club Bad takes over the Archive with Melé B2B Kilimanjaro and more.

Habitat NYE

When: Tuesday 31st December 2024 (New Year's Eve)

Where: Gorilla in Manchester

Habitat comes to Gorilla on NYE, bringing back-to-back belters to the people from 10pm until 4am. Not too much has been revealed just yet but we know it’ll be all about funky, dancehall, trap, house, amapiano, R&B, and global club sounds.

New Year's Eve Beer Bash at Fairfield Social Club

 

When: Tuesday 31st December 2024 (New Year's Eve)

Where: Fairfield Social Club in Manchester

Fairfield Social Club - the club that puts social into ‘social club’ - brings us New Beer’s Eve so we can see out the year doing what we love: sinking some exceptional craft beer.

The venue’s club space will be transformed into a giant bierkeller where you can enjoy a curated selection of 25 unique, limited-edition brews from some of the UK’s best craft breweries. To complement the beer, there’ll be beer snacks, street food from FSC Garden Kitchen, and DJs. 

Oh, and it’s dog-friendly so you can bring your pup along!

90s Baby Vs Clubland - New Year’s Eve

When: Tuesday 31st December 2024 (New Year's Eve)

Where: Albert Hall in Manchester 

90s Baby, Manchester’s favourite throwback party brand, is linking up with the iconic Clubland to bring us a massive NYE bash. 

For this one, they bring Billy Gillies, N-Trance, Ultrabeat, Flip N Fill ft. Karen Parry, The Blackout Crew, Livin Joy ft. Luzahhn, and more to the city’s stunning Albert Hall. 

Both brands have plenty of experience in throwing high-energy parties that you’ll remember for years to come (as long as you don’t go too crazy on the pre-drinks). If you love the biggest 90s and 00s dance and pop hits, this is the one!

Freak Queer Rave NYE /// Secret Warehouse /// Special Guests

Where: secret warehouse in Manchester

The legends at Freak, a queer rave events brand, are helping you see out the year in the freakiest way possible - a big rave at a secret warehouse in Manchester. 

For this one, they bring HAAi, BASHKKA, Josh Caffe, and resident DJ Fastlove. Join them and a crowd full of queer dancers for a night of love and laughs to kick off the new year properly. 

No artists have been announced yet but we know to expect house and techno from some fantastic LGBTQ+ talent.

Rock N Roll Bingo @ Jimmy's (New Year's Eve Special)

When: Tuesday 31st December 2024 (New Year's Eve)

Where: Jimmy's in Manchester

Over in Ancoats, Jimmy’s offers loads of fun while doing things a little differently. For rock and roll fans, it’s set to be one of the best New Year's Eve events in Manchester.

Jimmy’s legendary bingo night returns so you can say goodbye to 2024 with high-energy bingo with bangers, surprise prizes, and plenty of singing and dancing. Test your knowledge of rock, pop, and indie, and if you’re slacking a bit, just cheat! Seriously, cheating is fully encouraged.

Expect madness and prizes like an inflatable dinosaur costume, something from Jagermeister, and, if you smash it, the Rock N Roll Bingo statue.

DISCO PUSS New Year's Eve 2024/25

When: Tuesday 31st December 2024 (New Year's Eve)

Where: YES Pink Room in Manchester

Of course Disco Puss would come through with a belting Manchester NYE event this year.

Bringing soul, funk, disco, and disco house to Yes’ Pink Room, Disco Puss founders Rich Reason and LARISHKA will be on the decks for this one. They'll be joined by Metrodome (90 minute set) and Stereo Master. 

As with all Disco Puss parties, it’s going to be ace. Get there early to get your own pair of LED cat ears!

Totally Lost It - NYE - Manchester

When: Tuesday 31st December 2024 (New Year's Eve)

Where: Rebellion in Manchester

Celebrating the golden era of hardcore - 2004-2014 - Totally Lost It comes to Rebellion with a chunky lineup of old TLI DJs and residents.

Among the DJs spinning hardcore, bounce, hard house, and trance are DJ Sy (playing Quosh classics), Vibes (happy hardcore classics set), Scorpio, DJ Sy vs Yannis G, Al Storm (00s anthems), and loads more. This one kicks off at 9pm and runs until 5am.

NYE 2025 @ Hidden

When: Tuesday 31st December 2024 (New Year's Eve)

Where: Hidden in Manchester

Hidden, one of the best clubs in Manchester, is extending its opening hours to kick off the new year properly. To bring in the new year, they’re filling all three floors of the legendary venue with tunes.  

From 10pm until 4am, tunes will be blaring, people will be dancing, and unforgettable moments. The lineup hasn’t been revealed yet, so you might want to keep an eye on their socials for artist announcements. Or you can be spontaneous and just grab your tickets now below!

New Year's Eve Bottomless Board Game Brunch

When: Tuesday 31st December 2024 (New Year's Eve)

Where: Fairfield Social Club in Manchester

Another event at Fairfield, this one brings four hours of board games with the option to upgrade to 90 minutes of bottomless drinks. Brought to us by Dungeons & Flagons, they have over 200 board games to play across four hours, with hosts to guide you. 

Spanning RPG, card games, party games, strategy games, and more, the event is accommodating for those going solo or in a group. And since it’ll be NYE, there’ll be extra party games to get you in the mood. If you’re going bottomless, expect beer, cider, fizz, and mimosas to choose from, including vegan-friendly options. 

Wrapping up at 5pm, you’ll still have plenty of time to head to an evening party or continue the fun elsewhere.
