It’s almost time for Hogmanay! Famous for its iconic celebrations, you won’t find a better city to welcome in 2024 than the Scottish capital. You’re truly spoilt for choice with so many Edinburgh NYE events, so we understand if it can be tough to nail down a proper plan.

Where: The Street in Edinburgh
If staying up until midnight isn’t your vibe - or if hitting up two parties in one night is your vibe - MFSB’s party might be one of the New Year's Eve events in Edinburgh you want to keep an eye on. Running from 3pm until 10pm, they bring Yogi Haughton 'n' guests who’ll be playing nu and classic underground house, boogie, funk, disco, and rare soul. They’ll also be doing a few giveaways - it’s NYE after all!

Shanghai Presents... In the Land of Oz. NYE 2024

Where: Shanghai Club in Edinburgh
Edinburgh’s Shanghai is going with an ‘In The Land Of Oz’ theme, decorating the whole venue, serving themed drinks, and boasting three rooms of music. Across those rooms, you’ll find house, pop, hip-hop, disco, and amapiano sounds. There’ll be live music, dancers, and live performers.

Definitely one of the best New Year's Eve events in Edinburgh, this one kicks off at 7pm with all sorts of entertainment on. All included in the £10 ticket are the buffet, party games and prizes, and a glass of complimentary fizz at midnight.
