The countdown to the big countdown has begun! It’s not long now until we’re a little too tipsy, dancing and singing our little hearts out on the dancefloor, and pestering DJs to play “just this one song, please,” and we simply cannot wait for it.

Going hard for NYE, NRG is coming through with some of the best-loved names in hard techno, hardcore, and hard trance. Italian duo 999999999 headline, joined by super hot up-and-comers CADZOW and DKEN. More names are still to be announced but we already know it’ll be super heavy and super sweaty.

Where: Dug N Duck in Glasgow
Over in the Millerston area, I Am A Raver will be rattling the walls of Dug N Duck with sounds spanning old skool, EDM, and club classics. The Glasgow brand brings sets from DJ Zitkus and Gary McF to keep ravers grooving from 8pm until 1am.

Any uptempo fans around here? You’re going to like this one. Soundtracking the end of 2024 and the beginning of 2025 with early and modern uptempo, Hardology brings us a lineup of some of the genre’s favourites. Unproven, Chaotic Hostility, Voidshock, and DANZO will be spinning tunes, creating chaos on the dancefloor from 9pm until 4am.

Scottish House & Disco Festival NYE
When: Tuesday 31st December 2024 (New Year's Eve)
Taking over VEGA’s Sky-High bar, Scottish House & Disco Fest brings us one of the best Glasgow NYE events this year. The party kicks off at 7:30pm and delivers house and disco house tracks until 2am. Seeing sets from Natasha Kitty Katt, Billy Woods, Al Kent, Barry McCormack, and more, they’ve got disco heavyweights to help kick off the new year properly.

Ultimate 90s Rave, known for throwing some of the biggest 90s raves in the country, gifts us with an NYE rave featuring a chunky lineup of our favourite old skool DJs. From 8pm until 4am, Classic Grand will be flooded with rave anthems and trance classics from Human Resource, The Rhythmic State (DJ), Dream Frequency, Ultimate Buzz, Bass Generator, and more. Old Skool Bingo New Year’s Eve Glasgow
When: Tuesday 31st December 2024 (New Year's Eve)
Where: Committee Room No.9 in Glasgow
It’s not all about raves! Although this one does end with a free afterparty, this bingo event offers something a little different. Head over for bingo with R&B, hip-hop, pop, and massive party anthems. There’ll be dance-offs for prizes, confetti, surprises, and a free afterparty from 10:30pm until late with a huge countdown.

New Year's Eve Hogmanay Fiesta
When: Tuesday 31st December 2024 (New Year's Eve)
Where: Revolucion De Cuba in Glasgow
Rev De Cuba on Renfield Street will kick off 2025 with a Cuban fiesta. Ensuring a lively atmosphere with a live band, DJs, confetti, and lots of energy from the dancers. The Latin-inspired bash promises non-stop entertainment, cocktails, laughs, and dancing until the early hours.

Johnny Mac & The Faithful Hogmanay Shindig & much more

Where: Radisson Red in Glasgow
Over at Radisson Red, Celtic folk, Americana, and rock band Johnny Mac & The Faithful will be headlining and taking punters into 2025. Joining them will be Tennessee Hotshots and Rod Stewart tribute Simply Rod. Promising big tunes and immeasurable fun, this’ll be the third year in a row Johnny Mac has played for NYE so you can trust them to get a party atmosphere going.

B.F.T.P & Spektrum NYE Party w/ ZANDER NATION (Bellshill)
When: Tuesday 31st December 2024 (New Year's Eve)
Where: The Bellingham Suite in Bellshill
A little outside of Glasgow, over in the town of Bellshill, will be a massive party with party kings Zander Nation. Jack Diamond, Kevin Galloway, Steff Little, Jordan Irwin, and more will join them for a night of trance, old skool, EDM, hard dance, and bounce from 8pm until 2am.

PINKTOPIA NYE Hogmanay Party Glasgow
When: Tuesday 31st December 2024 (New Year's Eve)
Where: Boom Battle Bar in Glasgow
Boom Battle Bar promises their biggest NYE party yet, with an all-pink drinks menu, DJs and entertainers, and a pink dress code is encouraged (but not mandatory). Even standard tickets include a Tequila Rose shot at midnight, but you can also upgrade to the Big Boozy ticket which includes three drink tokens. There’ll be plenty of games for you to enjoy on the night, you just need to get them booked on their website!

Glass Tank x Drygate Brewery New Year
When: Tuesday 31st December 2024 (New Year's Eve)
Where: Drygate Brewing Co in Glasgow
This two-floor party sees breaks, techno, acid house, bass music, and electro to Glasgow to NYE. Tunes will be spun by Nightwave, DIJA, DJ SYCLOPS, Lewis Lowe, and Carmen Baia from 9pm until 2am.
