There's a never-ending cycle of top-quality theatre shows in London's West End. The city is spoilt by an abundance of theatres and as a result, the best shows in the world find their way or originate here. London has a proud history of theatrical performance and there are some brilliant shows on at the moment and in the upcoming months.

We thought we'd highlight some of the best ones which you can buy tickets for now.

 

Everybody's Talking About Jamie

When: Thursday 8th February- Saturday 23rd March 2024

Where: Peacock Theatre, London

Everybody's Talking About Jamie has had multiple runs throughout London and is coming back again in 2024. A story about queerness and trying to find a sense of place in the world, it is a musical that features deliciously catchy numbers and had spawned an ecstatic fanbase. You can experience it during its 2024 run at the Peacock Theatre.

Grease The Musical

When: Friday 2nd June- Tuesday 29th August

Where: Dominion Theatre, London

We all know about this musical set around teenage romances at Rydell High. The film is one of the best musicals of all time and you can experience all of those classic songs in person at the theatre show. With all the iconic looks and characters that the film had, it's a good time for everyone.

Sister Act

When: Friday 15th March- Tuesday 11th June 2024

Where: Dominion Theatre, London

In 2024, Sister Act will be back after selling out its last run in the city. Alexandra Burke and Beverly Knight star in this adaptation of the brilliant film and they will make for a fantastic double act. This is a musical comedy that will leave you hooked on humor and reciting the lines for days to come.

The Choir Of Man

When: Tuesday 16th May- Friday 11th August

Where: Arts Theatre, London

The Choir Of Man is purely a celebration of feel-good music. Within the story, you'll find classic tracks laced throughout from artists such as Adele, Avicii and Sia. There's a wide mix and this cast manages to pull off each song in their own way. It is 90 minutes of singalong fun.

Back The The Future- The Musical

When: Tuesday 16th May- Thursday 10th August

Where: Adelphi Theatre, London

Back To The Future is a sci-fi classic and in the space of a theatre, you get a completely new spin on the classic story. Join Marty and Doc as they go back in time to fix the future, only this time they have a killer soundtrack of songs too that will get in your head.

Heathers The Musical

When: Thursday 1st June- Friday 11th August

Where: The Other Palace, London

At this show, you'll be welcomed to Westerberg High, where things aren't quite as they seem. Slowly but surely the stakes rise and lead to deadly consequences and you can be there to bask in all the chaotic action, whilst enjoying some amazing tunes too.

Glory Ride

When: Tuesday 16th May- Saturday 29th July 

Where: Charing Cross Theatre, London

Glory follows the story of one man's journey of incredible bravery and kindness. Based on the true story of Gino Bartali who won the Tour De France, it follows his secret life during the second world war as he helped persecuted Jews and refugees seek shelter from Mussolini's fascist regime.

Vardy V Rooney: The Wagatha Christie Trial

When: Tuesday 16th- Saturday 20th May

Where: Ambassadors Theatre, London

The pop culture story that gripped the nation, Wagathat Christie was a pop culture moment that we were all engaged in for no reason at all. Maybe we just love seeing famous people have drama and as such, now we have a theatre show on the famous dispute. Now don't slouch as there are only four shows remaining.

The Phantom Of The Opera

The Phantom Of The Opera is a classic theatre show.
