The fifth edition of GIT award launches for 2016

Liverpool based music site Get Into This has launched the fifth edition of its annual GIT award with the announcement of a free launch event and the flagship ceremony happening at Constellations in the city's thriving Baltic Triangle. 

The award sets out to find the best new music talent on Merseyside and propels to global heights by narrowing entrants down to 12 nominees and crowning one overall winner.

Last year high flying alt-pop trio All We Are took home the prestigious award with a £1000 cash prize (Watch a clip from that below). 

Following on from a free launch event at The Buyers Club featuring a host of native talent, the awards ceremony will take place at Constellations on Saturday 14th May.
