Spring will see the return of the iconoclast singer to the shores of UK to promote his new album This is What I do. An often controversial but never dull figure, Boy George has been a fixture in the world of pop music for over thirty years, in the process becoming a champion of gay rights and a rightly revered figure for lambasting intolerance of all kinds across the globe.
Whilst his work with Culture Club included a bevvy of timeless singles such as 'Do you really want to hurt me' and 'Karma Chameleon', he found fame in the nineties as one of the original superstar DJs, and remains an enduring presence in pop culture. Check out the video to latest track 'King of Everything' above, which showcases his voice wearied with worldliness and a visual snapshot of his career to date.
We have tickets on sale for the following Boy George shows:
Monday 31st March @ The Ritz, Manchester
Tuesday April 1st @ The Institute, Birmingham
Thursday April 3rd @ Indigo2, London
