Gorilla Club's first forage of 2014 sees them welcome in Simian Mobile Disco. SMD have represented themselves as one of the most dynamic and exciting duos in Twenty First century electronic music, their journeys through electro, house and techno making them revered across the globe.

It was in an earlier incarnation as member of the band Simian where they first emerged, asking for their low slung yet euphoric indie track 'Never be Alone' to be remixed in a a competition. Although unfathomably it never won, an effort form a hitherto unknown Justice enabled it to morph into one of the biggest anthems as  'We are your Friends' (above).

They then broke off into a dj and production duo, and set about redefining electro drenched rave. Whether mixing compilations for Bugged Out, creating superfluous productions with the likes of The Gossip's Beth Ditto or igniting dance floors across the planet, their impact cannot be overstated. This is the opportunity to witness the duo in the intimate confines of Gorilla, and a shindig tailor made to blow off the January cobwebs.

Joining them will be Turbo Recordings Australian techno tyrant Light Year, whose dark industrial techno has been at the centre piece of some the Tiga helmed record label's most intense moments in recent years.
