Tidy Girls head to Bournemouth to celebrate their 25 year anniversary

The queens of bounce are reuniting for a night of hard-hitting belters on the South Coast. The iconic Tidy Girls will be celebrating their 25 year anniversary at Bournemouth's O2 Academy for one night only on Saturday 30th November 2024. Sign up for tickets here on Skiddle!

Tidy Girls 25 will see Lisa Lashes, Rachel Auburn, Anne Savage and Lisa Pin-Up all be taking to the turntables as they roll back the years through a mix of bounce, hard house and hard dance. All four DJs rose to fame in the 80s and 90s, before being brought together by iconic dance brand Tidy for their Tidy Girls EP in 1999. From their infamous 1998 sofa photoshoot to their eponymous release’s chart success and the members individual successes- Lisa Lashes is still the only female DJ to have landed in DJ Magazine’s top ten DJs- the group hold a special place in the world of hard house. 

As the brainchild of Tidy Boys - UK-based dance duo comprising Andy Pickles and Amadeus Mozart - Tidy was founded in 1995 and still remains the premium record label for UK hard house, paving the way for some of today’s brightest stars like Charlotte de Witt and Hannah Laing, who have had releases with Tidy over the years.
