Tru Thoughts holds London all dayer for its 18th birthday

A sparkling, soulful line up will head to London's Roundhouse on Saturday 21st October to celebrate the 18th birthday of iconic independent label Tru Thoughts.

The eclectic bunch of artists will reflect the label’s output, and the venue in the capital will be awash with a mix of soul, funk and electronica plus tropical rhythms and a healthy dose of hip hop and sound system culture.

Over almost two decades, Tru Thoughts has grown into one of the UK’s most respected independent labels, with a roster featuring uniquely talented singers, American brass bands, underground UK hip hop acts and world renowned dance music producers.

Performing on the night will be Quantic (DJ set), Hot 8 Brass Band, Alice Russell and Rodney P, alongside brand new signings and classic acts from the last 18 years. The all dayer will also exhibit stunning cuisine, with local food merchants and craft ale vendors on hand to tickle your tastebuds.
