UB40 ft. Ali Campbell to headline gigs in Colchester and Hitchin

The reggae legend behind ‘Red Red Wine’ and more classics headlines Colchester Castle and Hitchin Priory in August next year.

UB40 ft. Ali Campbell will headline Colchester Castle in Colchester on Sunday 17th August 2025 and Hitchin Priory in Hitchin, Stevenage on Sunday 31st August 2025. Tickets for both events are on sale now.

Ali Campbell, the most recognised and celebrated voice in British reggae, brings his band to headline both events, playing timeless hits like ‘Red Red Wine’, ‘Kingston Town’, ‘I Got You Babe’, and many more classics.

For both shows, the band will be supported by Pato Banton, Bitty McLean, and Trojan Sound System, ensuring the sunniest reggae, ska, and a splash of jungle and DnB.

Coming to Colchester as part of the Colchester Castle Summer Series, the band joins James, Madness, Craig David, and more as headliners.
