From Corrie to Red Dwarf to Radio to Festival stages, Craig Charles is an out-and-out entertainer, and we wanted to shine the spotlight on him in preparation for his set at Highest Point Festival this May!

The man with funk flowing through his veins and a penchant for a proper party, Craig Charles is ready and primed for his annual festival season foray; most notably at his massive slot on ‘The Woods’ stage at Highest Point this May.
For those not already in the know, when he’s not driving a taxi around Corrie’s cobbles or traversing space in the Red Dwarf ship, Craig's entertaining audiences with his Funk and Soul Club; with which he traverses the country leaving crowds with sore legs from the eternal boogie he instils through the tunes spun from his diverse record collection.
Craig is not only a Funkedelic force of nature on stage but in the booth also. His weekly Radio 6 show, which airs 1pm - 4 pm Monday to Friday, transmits the sonic frequencies present in his sets to kitchens, cars, and companies across the country. So if you fancy getting a funk-fuelled flavour of what to expect from his sets make sure to tune in.

What sets Craig apart from other DJs is his ability to make everyone in the room feel like they're grooving along to part of something special.
