Up In Your Grill: Weekend Block Parties

Up In Your Grill (pictured) introduces a whole new way to eat, experience music, drink and party in Manchester's Northern Quarter with a series of weekend block parties running from Friday 20th June until Saturday 23rd August at Brownsfield Mill (check out the upcoming events here)

Following on from this year's overwhelmingly successful Friday Food Fight, the B.EAT Street Manchester team bring a unique experience to Manchester to sample - street food from the North's best venues, refreshing craft beers, cider and cocktails along with a music event each weekend curated by a different leading Manchester club night.

Each DJ line up is announced a week prior to the event and will feature major players from Manchester's finest club nights. The event kicked off on the 20th with appearances from HoyaHoya's Jonny Dub (check out his mix above) and Hit & Run's Rich Reason, two of Manchester's most established DJs representing their respective underground parties. Expect more guest slots of the same high calibre.

Previous events have seen 35,000 dishes served to 20,000 plus people from 30 mouthwatering food traders that included La Dolce Dolls, Love From The Streets, Shake Maroc & Roll, Fair Game and Hip Hop Chip Shop. There are no better party ingredients than tasty fresh food, specially crafted ales and high quality music - a recipe that B.EAT Street have perfected beautifully.
