January and February are shaping up to be mega at one of Liverpool's favourite warehouse spaces, 24 Kitchen Street.

The Baltic Triangle in Liverpool houses some of the most impressive and unique warehouse spaces in the North West. After their charm and potential was acknowledged by local creatives and promoters they transformed the venues, including 24 Kitchen Street, into rave paradises.
24 Kitchen Street is one of the more recently renovated of them all but it has already hosted some of the most exciting events in the city. With 2015 creeping up on us, we've taken a closer look at what we can expect from events in the venue early next year.
Kicking things off in the New Year is Jolt's first birthday bash on Saturday 17th January. Despite just one year on the scene, the house and techno night have welcomed some of the genre's big dogs including Lee Curtiss and wAFF. For their birthday they are set to welcome Dungeon Meat boss Brawther for a helping of deep and dirty house (check his podcast above). Get your tickets here.
Fast forward to Friday 30th January and Hot Plate welcome a true legend to Liverpool, MJ Cole. The underground veteran established himself during the golden era of UK Garage and to this day he continues to push musical boundaries. The mastermind holds production credits for the likes of Soul II Soul and Mary J Blige, don't miss this chance to see him. Grab your tickets here.
The following Friday Slimkid3 & DJ Nu-Mark make their way to 24 Kitchen Street for BamBamBam's event. Following an impressive set of hip-hop listings for 2014, they're back in the new year with one of the most exciting pairings as the headline act. The Pharcyde's MC Slimkid3 and Jurassic 5's beatmaker Nu-Mark have joined together to create one massive hip-hop force. Head here for tickets.
Fancy something a bit different? The Mercury Fur theater production is set for a visit on Monday 9th February. Set in a post-apocalyptic version of London's East End where hallucinogenic butterflies are on sale, it focuses on a party where the torture and murder of a child is the entertainment.
