Warehouse LDN have started 2014 in emphatic style. With upcoming line ups featuring the likes of Darius Syrossian and Alexis Raphael, the club has openly laid down its intentions to make 2014 it's most remarkable year yet.
The 25th of January sees the impressive London night welcome Nat Self under his alias Zombie Disco Squad. The past couple of years have seen ZDS put out a steady number of releases that have instantly found clubland ubiquity. Records on Justin Martin and Claude VonStroke's Dirtybird, Jesse Rose's Made To Play and ever popular German superlabel OFF recordings have unleashed upon discerning clubbers a unique brand of bouncing, bass-tastic tech house that takes no prisoners with its lean, funky and yet rugged approach.
Latest record 'Drink' on Barcelona based Suara records (above) has seen the Zombie Disco Squad mastermind further experiment in his wildly eclectic mixture of ghetto tech, classic house, disco and hip hop, and in turn produce one of the most irresistible dance records of the year. His sets show off the same multi genre tenacity as his appearance alongside Wildkats in the Mixmag lab (below) attests to.
Zombie Disco Squad will be joined by Warehouse LDN favourites Gardy, Threez A Crowd and Ross Roberts for a proper assualt on the senses, with all the hallmarks of another classic London rave up form the tireless promoters.
