Watch: Blonde Summer Highlights Vol. 002

The life of a DJ is an enviable one. Bouncing from gig to gig, travelling from country to country and gathering an allegiance of supporters along the way. As Blonde's latest Summer Highlights vid shows, their journey over the past few months has featured all of that and more.

They've given an insight into what happens backstage before their gigs, the relationship between the band and the sort of gigs they have had the pleasure of playing both on UK soil and on the party capital of the world.

Starting at the Sunset Strip near Cafe Mambo, we see Jake Manson and Adam Englefield aka the Blonde lads gear up for Radio 1's weekender in Ibiza. Which was arguably the biggest date on the White Isle calendar this season.

We also see the duo take on Leeds Festival as they perform one of their live sets, proving that they're one of the few electronic artists that hold their own as a musical act rather than just a DJ pair. Their summer ends at Reading, as Blonde make the most of the last festival crowd of the year before they head off on a giant UK tour.
