We Are Scientists are set for a festive UK date at Derby's The Venue on Sunday 18th December.
Earlier this year the New York duo released their fifth studio album Helter Seltzer, which was praised by some for being an eclectic selection of guitar pop gems with immediate choruses and hooky riffs.
The pairing's latest music video for 'Headlights' was sent to them by a lego loving film student from Portsmouth - check it out below.
With 14 years of recording under their belts, We Are Scientists have the luxury of being able to select from a massive back catalogue - not least indie bangers like 'Nobody Move, Nobody Get Hurt' and 'The Great Escape'.
Fans can also expect the duo to take their usual on stage antics to the extreme for this festive show with some sort of Christmas treat undoubtedly in the offing.
