Hurricanes, is there really any need? The only whirlwind I like is my namesake Jimmy White, but at least there's plenty of indoor fun to be had whilst this weather abuses us.
Liverpool Music Week starts with Caribou tomorrow (we're still loving the new album), Nightvision will bring Bicep to Edinburgh, and Deep Dish make their long awaited return to the UK as a duo.
We spoke with D&B Superstars Matrix & Futurebound ahead of them hitting up MOS on Saturday (see them in action below), as well as the ever affable Justin Robertson prior to playing Manchester's Sankeys the same night.
Flying Lotus is heading to Manchester, we made a rather great Spotify playlist spotlighting his best bits. More New Year stuff filtering through too, the latest being Below's spectacular house and techno special. It might seem ages away, but don't get left out in the cold on the biggest night of the year.
Elsewhere the second part of Atomic Jam's 19th Birthday looks unreal, Digital Society have another big one next month (including Sneijder who we spoke to this week), MK is the latest superstar for Mixmag Live, whilst we really enjoyed the latest documentary from Blu eCigs spotlighting London.
Finally Andy C is playing all night long in Brixton next month and it's totally sold out - we've got the chance for you to go.
Head here to find out what's going on near you.
