Apparently there's a heatwave on the way, but the only (loosely) related news that has any substance is the man Wiley releasing more music - Bow's finest is reliable in ways our climate can only dream of.
Our festivals are predictably awe-inspiring mind. This week Glastonbury announced all their stage times - get planning around those clashes - whilst Creamfields added Nicky Romero and a new arena and Mint Festival went on sale.
Elsewhere we rounded up five acts to look out for at both Wickerman and Blissfields, and took a look at the fascinating history of Exit in Serbia. Personally I've a feeling festivals this year are all about hip-hop (read why) and we caught up with Stone Island enthusiast John Turrell for our inaugural Festival Fashions feature.
Ibiza is looking tasty, as Sasha smashed the Space opening and Richie Hawtin announces some mind boggling line ups for Enter in the same venue. Do Not Sleep also started with a bang over the weekend too - you can get free tickets to Syrossian's, Sante's and Charles' opening party at Vista.
Back on old blighty Gareth Emery has a new tour, garage legend MC Creed has a huge birthday and Organ Donors gave us a blistering hard dance mix. We've also been bouncing around the office to the new Disclosure record on pretty much an hourly basis.
From one office stereo darling to another; Blossoms are heading out on tour, as are punk duo Sleaford Mods and hip hop titans Cannibal Ox. Rapper Nas also announced details about an afterparty for his Birmingham date.
Elsewhere the new Slaves album has been good to our ears, and there's new music from Muse, Franz Ferdinand and Eminem to get stuck into. We also caught experimental wonder East India Youth performing live.
That's me gone for another seven days, fingers crossed next week I'll be moaning about it being too hot.
