Our monthly podcast is a little bit different this time round because we're gearing up for the annual Bass Music Awards. We've proudly been partners with them since 2013, helping them shout about one of the most vibrant scenes in dance music.

The BMAs celebrates and commemorates the artists, tracks, labels and clubs which make the genre so exciting and diverse. Every year it gives you the chance to cast your vote on who you think has been relevant to the scene, whether it's behind the decks, in the studio or promoting the award worthy parties.

The October podcast includes tracks from artists that are nominated for awards for 2015, including MK, MJ Cole, Deekline, Shy FX and Camo & Krooked. To top it all off, you can party at the live event and see the likes of Deekline at Ministry of Sound. 

Our guest mix comes from Bensley, who was picked up by Andy C's RAM Records when he sent in a demo back in 2013. He had no previous releases, no previous DJ shows, but his talent was impossible to ignore and the track was signed exclusively within a few weeks. Since then he's gone from strength to strength on drum n bass' biggest label, playing dynamic sets around the world. 

You can catch Bensley at In:Motion for the Run event which takes place on Friday 6th November with the likes of Camo & Krooked, Friction and Dillinja amongst others, showcasing the biggest and best sounds from the drum n bass world.
