Westlife's new album will make their fans want to have sex.

The Irish boy band - famed for their ballads and stool-bound live shows - have been inspired by the raunchy banners that fans have started bringing to their concerts.

Nicky Byrne, 31, said: "The banners have become raunchier and most don't leave anything to the imagination. So the next album is going to be one for the bedroom with lots of juicy and sensual tracks."

The group - also consisted of Kian Egan, Mark Feehily and Shane Filan -believe the album could cause a baby boom.

Openly gay band member Mark, 29, said of the new record: "You can listen to it while you're conceiving. Lots of people have called their sons and daughters after us already."

The boys want to get the LP out by the end of the year, and can't wait to get back on the road to play it live to their fans.

Nicky told the Daily Star newspaper: "Touring is our baby. When we promote a single, it's normally a big ballad so we're limited to what you can do with the live performances. So touring is like getting out of school on our summer holidays where we can go daft."

The album will be the band's 11th since they began in 1999.

In the years that have followed Westlife have sold over 44 million records worldwide and have had 14 UK number one hit singles.
