Out in rural Surrey lies one of the most chilled out festivals of the British summer. Weyfest has been billed as more like a mini holiday than a music festival. Its stress free ambience and friendly atmosphere are unrivalled.

With the opportunity to watch your favourite bands whilst sat on a picnic blanket tucking into a few ham sandwiches is on offer at Weyfest, you get the idea that this is a festival fairly different to most!

The lineup is pretty damned impressive too. Headliners already announced include British pop legends The Stranglers, Echo & The Bunnymen and UB40. They will be ably supported by the likes of Toploader, Roachford, Nine Below Zero and The Wurzels.

Weyfest have since announced even more quality acts to soundtrack your summer. First up is From The Jam. Featuring Bruce Foxton, a.k.a the bass guitarist from The Jam and Stiff Little Fingers, ex Big Country drummer and guitarist Mark Brzezicki, and the highly acclaimed Russell Hastings, From the Jam will be basking in wonderful nostalgia as they breathe new life into Jam classics, and perhaps spring a few surprises on everyone too.

They will be joined by Eddie and the Hot Rods, fresh from their tour with the Quo, ready and armed with rock and blues to set the festival on fire. Rounding off the new headliners will be Hawklords and Bevis Frond, ensuring that the rock quota is more than amply filled at Weyfest 2013.

The most relaxed small festival in Britain is shaping up to be the perfect summer celebration.
