Weyfest makes Planet Rock End of Year Poll

Listeners of the UK's classic rock radio station Planet Rock have named Weyfest as one of their favourite festivals of 2012.

The Planet Rock End of Year Poll results list the top six most popular artists, albums, events, films of the year as voted for by the listeners.

Weyfest - whose line-up last year included Asia with Steve Hackett of Genesis, The Hoosiers, 10CC, Go West and more - made the top six festivals of 2013 along with Download, Isle of Wight, Leeds/Reading, Hard Rock Hell and Bloodstock.

Weyfest 2013 takes place on Friday 30th August, and has already announced punk icons The Stranglers as headliners.
