Winnebago Deal :'Did It, Done it, Doing it Again'

The greatest shit-kicking rock 'n' roll duo this grubby isle has produced in years, Winnebago Deal are proud to announce the release of 'Did It, Done it, Doing it Again' as a free download from http://www.winnebagodeal.com on April 25th.

Taken from their debut album 'Dead Gone' (Double Dragon), 'Did It Done It…' will also be available as a limited 7" single, backed by 'Fix Me', a Black Flag cover recorded live at Amsterdam's renowned Melkweg venue with none other than Mondo Generator mainman Nick Oliveri. The band's collaboration with Nick didn't end there, and the Deal even played a gig as Mondo Generator (whilst Oliveri was on tour with Mark Lanegan), closing the night's proceedings.

The band were recently requested to fill the much sought-after main support slots on the Dwarves and High on Fire European tour which will took them from Wrexham in March to Croatia in April.

Winnebago Deal are Ben Perrier (vocals and guitar) and Ben Thomas (drums) and they hail from Oxford. Their thrill-packed story so far smacks of idiot genius: frustrated by playing in a conventional set-up, they stripped it down to a simple new hard-rock aesthetic (Thomas even learning the drums from scratch for the occasion!). They plugged one guitar into a monolith of Marshall's and they played their drums very loud, winning lots of friends and fans along the way - from Fugazi to Queens Of The Stone Age.

Winnebago Deal are in the frontline trenches, ready to go over the top at any moment now. There's a war on rock-mediocrity to be fought, and these boys are tooled up and ready to do battle.
