In the lead up to its last ever season at Space Ibiza, elrow has announced its plans for the opening party plus the themed concept that will take hold of the superclub every Saturday.
The 'opening ceremony', which falls on 4th June, will boast elrow-infused production inspired by the Olympic Games of Ancient Greece and Rome. Expect combat, races, jumps and (fake) animal offerings to the gods.
elrowCity has also been revealed as the concept for the Terrace for the duration of the season. It will feature seven internationally renowned DJs, who will curate the space to represent their home city.
The artists include Andrea Oliva (Zurich), Eats Everything (Bristol), Groove Armada (London), Joris Voorn (Amsterdam), Paco Osuna (Barcelona), Richy Ahmed (Newcastle) and Sasha (New York). Check out one of Voorn's elrow sets below.
Each DJ will have their own bespoke elrowCity set-design and DJ booth built for them exclusively for the season by elrow owner Juan Arnau and his creative team. For seventeen Saturday nights over the course of summer 2016, the seven DJs will play all night long on the Space Terrace.
The 2016 season is the first time elrow is taking over the whole of Space Ibiza, designing and creating all three rooms for each night.
Tickets for the elrow opening ceremony are available from the box below. Check out other upcoming elrow Ibiza dates and grab tickets.
