Review guidelines

Reviews should be an honest account of your experience at an event, hotel or restaurant. Please follow these simple guidelines to ensure our reviews stay fair and appropriate:

• Accurate - you should post an event based upon your own experiences
• Impartial - please do no leave a review if you are connected to the event, hotel or restaurant in any way.
• Appropriate - please ensure you use language which is appropriate for all our visitors
• Personal info - please do not post personal information in your review. This includes names of staff you may have interacted with
• Copyright - reviews should be your own content, not that from elsewhere

We have systems which trawl reviews, looking for any which don't meet our guidelines. These reviews may be hidden or removed, or excluded from our ranking algorythms.
