Great day out dancing however the long chaotic cloakroom que def ruined our experience and my friends jack*t was lost . Would recommend and hopefully this bad experience was a once off after a challenging night for staff

The only thing was the dj did not play space Christmas song, and he did not cover a range of top singers like t-Rex/and many more I was a bit disappointed in that but over all brilliant staff I'm older and served me quick love the staff charity and super friendly best experience going to a disco well done with your arrangements and staff especially thank u Mary.

Having been here on 2 previous occasions and had a great time I was very disappointed on this visit due to the rude people other customers when looking for a seat for our friend who has mobility issues and when asking for a seat we took a footstool for them to sit on a very rude woman promptly came over and took the seat back and proceeded to put her feet on it. We then decided at 7pm to queue for our coats and stood in that queue for 59 minutes due to people queue jumping and the coats all being muddled up in the cloakroom even though we all had a tick*t. It's not on when you have to ask staff questions and they have no clue how to deal with it. I am aware there was an emergency situation going on in the background but it did seem all staff from the club were dealing with it which was unnecessary surely get the customers organised and out properly should also be a key factor in an organisation. If only management stood up and took control so people knew what was happening.

Great venue for a day out especially a group of friends. Music great, although more than just "disco" tunes would be good. Great value for entry. Only downside was cheap plastic glasses, my own personal dislike as an adult. Otherwise great and would highly recommend ?'?
