I bought a Smirnoff package for Club Tropicana in Aberdeen to celebrate New Year, it cost me £110 which it included a RESERVED table ,queue jump , a 70cl bottle of vodka and 2 jugs of mixers out of the taps, plus entry for up to 10 people at our table. When we arrived at 11.12 pm we got bands to get in and were told to look for a table with my name on it ... There was no table ... No one wanted to help us and everyone we spoke to said it was nothing to do with them .... We then spoke to the manageress who also was rude and said I should not expect a reserved table and it was a case of if you can find one......IIt actually spoiled our whole New Year as we had travelled a distance to be there and what we actually paid £110 for was a 70cl bottle of vodka and 2 jugs of mixers from the taps total RIP OFF and guess what no one wants to know !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have in black and white confirmation we were paying for a reserved table !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Apart from a few stickers on the wall, there was not much of the Friend atmosphere. It was just like any other night in the club, which was disappointing.
