Review of Ben Ottewell (Gomez)
Ben never disappoints, his voice is like hot chocolate and he seems to get better with age. The crowd were noisy and boisterous but he tried his best to sing over them. The support Vapour Trials were also excellent.

Review of Jill Jackson
Our fourth JJ concert, but the first with a band, so it was a different experience. Good music, good humour and good audience interaction. Jill has to tread a difficult balance between playing the new stuff (all good) and a fraction of her excellent back catalogue. We won't miss many local opportunities to see Jill again.
