My daughter loved lugzy and she's so excited to buy tickets for the January event. As for the venue 38 I and a lot of other parents were horrified at how un organised the staff were the security was poor outside where all the kids were lined up to get in, I paid for a ticket for the time 5pm till 8pm my daughter waited 1 and a half hours In the pouring rain because kids kept jumping the queue I eventually went over to staff and made them aware of this, I personally think they should have had some sort of barrier up and security controlling the queue and things would have went a bit more smoothly, I have managed pubs and clubs for 13years and this was an absolute shambles. Event great but venue terrible.

Took 1 hour 15 minutes to enter venue. Event itself was great but the kids missed over 1 hour of it due to having to queue to get in. Needs to be better organised for future events

The wains fair enjoyed the show amazing as always , only thing I'd recommend for next time is security out side to man the que as too many cheeky wee buggers just going from the back of the queue to the front and getting in first when folks had been waiting close to two hours , other than that the wains had class night and they'll definitely be back for the next one .

The only comment woukd b3 queueing outside, no barriers so a mass of youngsters, but was well controlled by the staff

I enjoyed it, amazing price too. The time to get in was horrible, stood there at the door since 4:30pm and never got in till 6:15pm. Everyone was pushing in and shoving people and were arguing at others outside. Once inside, great music but very sad I had missed most of it. The venue could do with a few more members of staff due to doing pat downs.
