Not worth the money at all! Showers stopped working, was told I had to return after 1pm when I arrived at 9:30 for a shower, the toilets were awful and smelled dreadful and worse than the portaloo’s. So annoyed I paid £30 for this when I could’ve just used the public showers which were 10x nicer.

Overall quite good but didn’t look like the pictures or the advertisement images shown - in person the makeup and mirror areas were quite dirty. Could’ve been a bit larger as it was way too busy to hold everyone that wanted to get ready and use showers.

It wasnt luxury at all , the toilets werent much better than the portal loos , you could only use the toilets at certain times , they were too far from anything even if you wanted too , the showers kept cutting out because they were running out of water and the vanity tent for make up wasn’t like the picture

The toilets constantly smelled appaulling like worse than the portaloo, the showers were tiny and not that clean, there was never any space to do your hair or makeup as it was so packed, the music playing was awful and the taps for the toothbrushing hardly worked. not worth £30 wish i never bought it

In terms of the overall festival it was extremely enjoyable other that the chaotic queues! Specifically for the Club Class loos I think they lacked luxury. Obviously the perks of having showers and straighteners are great but the areas were so dirty the showers were in a state, the make up area was constantly clogged with piles of dirty wipes etc and the toilets despite having air fresheners never smelt good and often without loo roll making it in some cases no better than the alternatives

F**king disgrace luxury loos. Opening late and closing early!! No water one day and showers cut off early on the last day... Complete trash and a waste of money, the staff were rude and inconsiderate. The price is an outrage for a not functioning service!!!! get a grip of standards that you promote, false advertising. I have had no problems with luxury loos at every other festival, this is a joke...
