A normal tick*t was £19. We paid over £30 VIP.  The table was just with everyone else,  the event itself was seated anyway. Yes it guaranteed us all sitting together but hardly worth it.  It was advertised (as the majority of VIP people agreed) that the additional cost also got us a stein with larger. Apparently this was incorrect and it was just the plastic stein container that was part of it.  I really don't feel it justified the additional charge. 
The music was good but then turned into chart music played on tubas etc. 
The band wasn't on for the entire event. 
I would go again, but not as a VIP as a waste of money.

At almost £25 for entry only was a disgrace!!

The German beer was terrible and flat. The VIP experience was awful, the price of the VIP table at £290 for 8 people was a rip off as all you received was an empty plastic stein. Food looked awful and very over priced. The advertisement was VERY misleading, will look elsewhere next time. I had a VIP table with my guests travelling from a far and staying in hotels......terrible experience!!!!

Didn't get a stein as only vip tick*ts got one , food was very basic and expected more German beer and items, don't think we will be going again, Iwas lookng  forward to it as I lived in Germany but felt it was not really as I expected!!!

Great entertainment, but tick*t price excessive.
You had to pay for the "VIP package" just to get a plastic stein while the rest of us just used the normal pint glasses at the bar.
Food was expensive and basic, German beer selection very limited. 
Entertainment definitely rescued what would have otherwise been an expensive but average night.

I purchased a "VIP" package for this event & was bitterly disappointed. When first advertised the event appeared to offer some free drinks with this package. The advert then seemed to be modified after purchase, then clearly stating only a free glass. So, upon entering the event we were given our free low quality plastic glasses, then advised to "find our table somewhere near the front". After doing this we found only five seats not the required eight. We organized the extra seats & I was then questioned by security as to why we needed the extra seating & had to explain the initial lack of seats & general poor organization. We were then greeted by long queues for both expensive & poor-quality food & drink, nether of which could in any way be associated with that normally served at such an event. From my experience all I received was a seat at a table (there were plenty of seats so a reservation was not required) & a very poor-quality plastic glass for my expansive VIP package. Rest assured none of our party will ever again attend an event organized by your company.

Curry worst wasn't curry, only one nondescript German beer and band only played traditional songs in the first section. Good night but not very German.

Would have liked more oompah and less discomfort but a good night.  More info on timings on tick*t would have been good it said 8pm but band didn't come on until 9pm
