Review of Cruise into Christmas with Trudy Scrumptious
the boat was absolutely freezing and even by the end of the night there was literally no-one who had taken their coats off. My mum was with us and she had to go to bed on the Monday as she had gotten a chill. it was absolutely ridiculous. Also it wasn't made clear when we were to order the food - no one came around the tables to take orders - people just saw someone get food delivered to their table and that's when we realised that we ourselves had to go to the bar and put in the food order - they were very disorganised on Sunday

Review of Boat-Oberfest!
The event was nice and we did have fun. But it was quite empty and the boat need some serious decor done downstairs. The tables were plastic holdable tables. The toilet had no toilet seats. As a woman that’s horrible to have to deal with that. Sitting on a cold gross dirty cistern. I also realised the staff go to the same toilets. Surely that’s some health violation for your employees not providing toilet seats. The bathrooms were disgusting.
