A stonking night of blues. As if a gig with Ronnie Greer was not good enough they add the amazing Ken Haddock into the mix. Voila, a night to remember. It's so good not only to hear the great music but to watch these talented musicians obviously enjoying every minute.

Brilliant gig. Great musicians and a blistering performance. Great night. A very appreciative audience, some of whom insisted on feeding us. Such a delight. Super venue.

Ken had a very heavy cold, but the voice was magnificent as usual.Ronnie and band as usual played some of the greatest blues you would be likely to hear!! We also had the Rev Doc on harmonica . A great nights blues and a standing ovation at the end of the show said it all.

Double Birthday!

I went to the floating speakeasy's first birthday party, which was also my birthday too! I had only discovered the venue a few months before hand and this was my first time there. The music was an amazing mix of electroswing, jazz, swing and general dance music. It was also great to see so many people dressed up in 1920s style clothing! I am seriously struggling to come up with any negative points that could realistically be addressed. This venue and event was great and I will attempt to return to it as often as I can. Friendly staff, great music, stylish venue. Can't recommend enough!

Barge birthday

Lots of good things about the event. Very welcoming lady at arrival desk. Doorman also nice. Unique venue, first time there. Really cool. Good vibe with visuals, music. Good crowd. Two major negatives which would need sorting. One, only one ladies toilet operational. Half hour queue each time. Nightmare. Two, should have mixed up the music earlier and had some crowd pleasing tunes at about 10.30. Byo is amazing! Hope you get bits sorted as would love to be a regular!!

Floating Speakeasy in Belfast

DISASTER - just an excuse for young people to take advantage of BYOB
there were many people like myself who dressed up in 20s clothes expecting a great night. At least 30 of us refused to attend the venue as it was clearly a meeting place for young people to have somewhere to drink and not an event at all

Dimebag djs et al were brilliant. Great crowd and the barge is such a fab location. Would go again tonight if I could!

go earlier than doors open time b4 8pm and not 8.30 as told - good event, lots of laughs, if you want a different nite out place to go and comedy is great.

1 June Comedy & Music at the Barge

A good night out with friends. The musical artists were all enjoyable. The comedy was a bit hit and miss. However, the star turn Neil Dougan was hilarious.

It's a 'bring you own' venue so can't complain about over-priced drinks.

Would not hesitate to go back.

These gents know how to put on a show. Amazing stuff!
