When the rain was that heavy and roads flood with no access should the event not have been cancelled, when Emergency services turned people away ,I believe a refund or reduction in next event tickets as I have attended lots of these events at Ebrington and all being excellent

The event was very badly organised given the weather warning. There was torrential rain throughout the event and no cover provided whatsoever. Umbrellas were prohibited. It was a joke.
Will never go to an event at this venue again given the disregard the organisers had for their patrons.

Terrible that you can’t get a full refund on unused tickets whenever you had covid and have a positive lateral flow and they won’t accept it as a reason for a refund. Plus torrential flooding for those who attended. Unfortunately will not be using any services in future

Was a brilliant night. Unfortunately there was torrential rain. Needs to be looked at as there was no cover. But made the most of it. Venues probably need to consider erecting a tent for heavy rain

Pity about the weather - but outside the control of the any mear mortal - a stall selling rain coats might have been usefull

The event should off been cancelled stayed for 10 mins with the torrential rain it was unsafe to stay, at least we could leave the poor staff had to stay

Music range was limited. I expected a wider range of songs covering 70’s, 80’s, 90’s. Prices of drinks were extortionate. These prices need to be reviewed for future events. Venue was great. Organising of event was well done. Tickets for event were reasonably priced. Event was cut short due to poor weather but nobody informed the people. Event stopped at 10.20pm instead of 11pm without any explanation. Would return to venue again but not for this event.

It was a fantastic show unfortunately the rain was so bad that night we had to leave early but the bands were fabulous and the venues is unreal 🤩🤩

The weather was so bad we couldn't go as the concert was open air. I do understand this was out of anyone's control however I was gutted I couldn't experience the music and atmosphere. I would appreciate a full refund of my 3 tickets
