Super friendly people, some of the leading experts in the field, and you get to chat with them about their work. The conference is a great people to really get to know some amazing people - the entertainment in the evening was culturally fitting and I must say, absolutely delightful. What a great organisation and what a great event. Highly recommended.

Some bold changes were made and they helped to make the event fresh and welcoming. Thank you for shaking up the programme. Remarkable energy and attention to detail shown by Ryan and Nicola (and no doubt others in the background). Please consider a rather earlier start and finish, for example 4:00 pm Friday to 2:00 pm Sunday. There could be a round of presentations on Friday from 4:00-5:30. Also, although it would be at a cost, there should be an IT technician on hand. The hotel was excellent, both for the conference and for accommodation.

A 6-minute walk from Belfast Central railway station, this riverside hotel is adjacent to Waterfront Hall music venue and a 1.7-mile drive from Titanic Belfast museum. All rooms offer upscale decor and custom-designed beds, plus minibars, coffeemakers and flat-screen TVs. Suites and executive rooms provide access to the Executive Lounge’s free breakfast and evening appetizers. WiFi is available (fee). There’s an on-site modern restaurant for regional cuisine, as well as a bar/lounge serving tapas dishes.
