About
In response to the growing need of young artists for a safe place to perform and enhance their skills, Oh Yeah launched their first all-ages Open Mic in August 2022. It was a massive success with a bill filled to the brim of talented performers, all under the age of 18.
In keeping with traditional Open Mic formats, the event caters to singer/songwriters and is not geared for band setups with two performers per slot being the limit.
The setup onstage that will be ready for all performers will be two vocal mics, two DI boxes for guitars and keys.
All performers will be asked to sing for approximately 15 minutes (which is about 3 songs) and we would love to hear at least one original track, if they have one!
