Join us as the sun sets on the cusp of spring for an exclusive and intimate evening with Birmingham’s own ASH, a newly formed trio blending Indian classical and contemporary soundscapes.
Featuring:
Akash Parekar – Sitar & Electronics
Shivam Pattni – Multi-instrumentalist
Harkiran Sahota – Percussion
A rising star in the new wave of British-born sitar players, Akash Parekar masterfully intertwines Indian classical sitar with his deep-rooted influences from Western classical and contemporary music. His intricate interpretations of traditional ragas promise to transport audiences into a world of soulful melody and rhythm.
Joined by the versatile Shivam Pattni and the dynamic Harkiran Sahota, ASH delivers a truly immersive musical experience.
