My daughter and her friends had a great night. They felt safe and the event was really well managed. The organisers were even making sure the kids had lifts after the event!

I went to the Tamworth one yesterday it was good but they should've played more actual music and two fights broke out because people kept on barging one another there was a few mouthpieces there to but the set yo was really good and the security was lovely

I couldn't go due to my ride backing out last minute, so I contacted customer service and they were lovely and very helpful, although it was very disappointing that I couldnt make It I was very impressed by how helpful customer service was. thank you

Review of Reload Under 16s Tamworth - Halloween Special
My daughter has previously been to 2 reload events and they gave been fantastic, last night was a complete nightmare, they were left outside in the rain until nearly 6 o clock, lads were trying to get in with no tick*ts, kids were vaping all over the place, talking about knives. Previously I have felt safe my daughter going there but never again, on collection it was mayhem, not the usual security and not letting kids out without a parent collecting them, it was a free for all and like a normal nightclub. Bags were not checked like they have been previously, it was an awful experience and my daughter won't be back which it a total shame as the last 2 events were so well organised in comparison.
