Review of R&B Brunch - Sat 25 Feb - Birmingham
We went to celebrate my wife's birthday. The music and atmosphere was amazing the price of drinks could maybe of been a bit cheaper, also it says the rum punch starts at 12-1pm but we were still queuing outside till 12.15 so we didn't get a full hour of the rum punch.
The bar staff were friendly but the service was very slow I waited over 40 minutes and spoke to someone that had waited over an hour to be served.
The staff weren't aware of all the people at the bar and they served who was in front of them they were situated together in one area there were plenty of staff but they should of been spread out to serve all sections so people could get served equally and also we noticed there was only one card machine between all staff!
Also my wife said she was reluctant to use the ladies toilets as they weren't kept clean or safe with no soap and the toilets were blocked and large amount of water and tissues on the floor..
We do enjoy going to these events at the bierkeller and are due to revisit soon so hopefully these issues will be resolved..

Review of Throwing it back 90/00\'S Brunch - SAT 19 NOV - BIRMINGHAM
The music wasn’t as expected. It became more of a garage MC event where as we were expecting more of a range of music across the two decades.
It’s advertised as a brunch but there’s no food included in the ticket price and drinks were quite expensive.

Review of One Night In Nashville
This is an amazing night that I would encourage anyone to attend, wether your a lover of country music or not. The band covered some of the old and greats "Stand by your man" right thought to the latest releases effortlessly, everything was singing along and dancing (on the tables optional).
Sadly the night was let down as Bierkeller Birmingham decided to heir and train new staff on a Friday night at a sell out event. People wanted up to an hour to be served at the bar and gave up hope of food

Review of One Night In Nashville
Good night, band were good and a great selection of songs. Place was a bit crowded with limited seating so ended up standing near the bar at the side. Took quite a while to get a drink as the queue was three people deep on arrival but overall good night and good atmosphere and enjoyed the music

Review of One Night In Nashville
The music was great but the band wasn’t on very long and then just sat and watched them put all of their equipment away. Disappointed there was no other bands or acts or that they didn’t play again after a break. There was meant to be a dj playing music but it was just country music playlist being played very quietly and this just killed the atmosphere. Most left when the band finished but this was meant to be an all night event. The bar staff were rude and ruined the joy . Food was terrible and over priced. Part of the food came and waited 10 minutes to go and search for the rest of it and went to the kitchen and waited for them to give me the remaining part of the order to take to the table!
Waited at the bar 45 minutes to get served a drink too which is terrible. You could see the disappointment and dissatisfaction from other people at the event too which created a negative atmosphere then. The only good thing about this was the band were good. Terrible food , staff who had attitude problems and moaning about everything, very expensive, the event lasted a couple of hours then sat and listened to back ground country music and left. Needs more planning and organisation.

Review of One Night In Nashville
Band were good played a good variety of country music . Shame about the Venue could have been better waited ages to get drinks - not enough bar staff who seemed inexperienced and miserable . Only one that actually smiled was the security guard . Toilets not v good either no paper in some of them - then floor covered with water later !

Review of One Night In Nashville
A good pub band but not a county band not authentic so for £20 a bit of a rip off.
Venue is a joke, waited 1 hour to be served at the bar - 3 staff for 500 ppl. Ppl hogging seats for ‘Friends’ so couldn’t get a seat.
A party atmosphere, but no dance floor only dancing on tables apparently.
