We booked a family ticket, arrived just after 3pm & set up base near the 'main stage' where we watched a total of 1 band in the 6 hours we were there. The band were amazing, but disappointing that that was it

The kids entry included use of inflatables which they thoroughly enjoyed, & glitter stands that didn't materialise. 2 of the food vendors we were expecting also weren't there (1 of which was named on the event posters!)

With booking fees, a family ticket exceeded £50 which, for what we got, wasn't value for money.

Tickets overpriced
Security good idea, but my bottle of water got questioned as we entered the venue, other people walked in with beers and bottles of spirits. No security at this time.
Poorly managed security, was there any point in paying them?

Some of the bands were really good (Taylor swift and Robbie Williams), but some of the others were just 'OK.' It was also difficult to hear the music at the back where I was sitting. Great venue, couldn't fault that. Prices were as expected.. The food and alcohol a little over priced and nothing special. Great atmosphere!

Excellent day, very impressed with security, litter pickers and cleanliness of toilets! Music was great but a tad loud and food was delicious if a little pricey. All in all a brilliant day and will be looking out for it being advertised next year 👍
