Really disappointing that the main room had to be closed as was main reason wanted to come here. Place was mega quiet and Maceo Plex was all over the place, even playing loads of DnB

Awful place! Avoid! Way understaffed total disaster of an event queued for over 1 hour to get a drink and when getting served told that Wi-Fi was down so no payments could go through. Oversold ticket numbers and far too many people, disaster of a venue definitely won’t be going back.

Absolutely rubbish, waited over an hour for drinks twice, card only but WiFi cut out for 20 mins so nobody could pay, staff were rude and didn’t know how to deal with so many people, seemed like it was the first event any of them had ever worked at, the manager was very angry and thought he was the king of digbeth

There needs to be more staff on the bar. We were waiting 40 minutes to get served for just 2 ciders. We couldn’t enjoy the football properly due to this.
