I would never come to an event like this ever again. When I purchased my ticket the hours of the rave was 19:00-4am and when I arrived it was 21:00-2am. I am not happy with this at all and I would like a full refund otherwise you’ll be hearing from my lawyers!!!!!!!!!

Liked the venue was massive and clean, the toilets were a bit of a nightmare too many people
Pushing not enough security, and the music was too quiet in the main room

Really pleased to see the Crane venue back as I like it. But please look at the fog machines - the noise it made was louder than the music.

Mostly good but venue couldn’t open until two hours late so people were left queuing and had no reimbursement of their ticket cost/venue still closed at the same time. The drinks were also expensive and tap water was not given at the bar, so bottles of water were sold at an expensive £4 each.

Really enjoyed the night , the queue was long outside though took us 50 minutes to get in thst could of been make quicker . Music was amazing
The only thing that stayed on my mind was we saw a boy take a bad turn lying on the floor but staff members weren’t really in any rush I told a member of staff and she just shrugged her shoulders it took 10 minutes to get medical attention to him . Just think staff members should be more Alert and aware what to do

It was a great venue. I loved that they somewhere to get food and it was good quality food too!

Long wait for entry, prices are higher than most rave venues for water at £4 a bottle, atmosphere was good vibes, all in all was a good night

Class night until the end and some kid was sick all over me, I demand a refund
