Review of Tom Lumley & The Brave Liaison

Venue was loud and on-edge (as in you felt like a fight was brewing) thanks to a large number of football hooligans in the area. I'd never paid £5/pint before but didn't have much choice, and the whole place smelt 'off', a combination of cigs and stale beer. Biggest positive of the location is that there is parking nearby on the street after 6pm free, even if it does feel dodgy. The acts themselves were solid, just not the venue.
