We are excited to present young and exciting Birmingham based folk rock band WOODEN DOG together with special guests and UK touring artists Fox Palmer and Si Connelly.

WOODEN DOG

Based in Birmingham, Wooden Dog are a 5 piece folk-rock band. Their music ranges from slow acoustic pop to more upbeat, rock heavy tracks, harbouring the sounds of artists like Oasis, The Verve and Foy Vance. Brothers Alfie and George make a formidable songwriting duo with their lyric-driven songs and anthem-like melodies. Together, with the rest of the band, Wooden Dog have made a big impact on the live music scene in Birmingham, touching hearts with their soft sounds, humour and chemistry on stage and electrifying performances. We are excited to present this exceptional rising band at Birmingham’s most regarded touring venue, The Hare and Hounds, with London and UK shows in the pipeline.

Foxpalmer, a London based rock band, with a unique mix of rock, Americana style folk and lush indie, theirs is a striking sound, as captivating as it is different.

Foxpalmer's unique sound, stunning original music and captivating live shows has helped them receive numerous amounts of airplay as well as performing at a number of UK Festivals including Godiva and Celtic Connections Festival at Glasgow City Hall 2020 and 2023. With some epic festivals already in line for 2024 such as the legendary Cambridge Rock Festival! The band having recently released their debut single 'Wanted' ‘single’ will be followed by a supporting Pre Album ltd edition EP especially made for the Support Blackheart Orchestra tour 2024…. With an impressive industry response, the tracks 'Wanted' and 'Forever' (due for re-release later this month, has so far landed itself on 3 editions of the national Rock & Metal Magazine ‘Fireworks compilation CD including their special 100th edition. Sold in national retailers.

SI CONNELLY

After years touring the UK, Europe and the US, Singer-Songwriter, Si Connelly never ceases to capture the audience with his raw and honest and emotive performances. He has played venues as diverse and iconic as Union Chapel, Birmingham Symphony Hall and the Jazz Cafe, supported major artists such as Ocean Colour Scene and has just completed an extensive Spring 2024 throughout England, Scotland and Wales supporting Vince Freeman together with numerous dates at varied venues, around the UK. Si Connelly is back on the road this Autumn, do not miss the opportunity catch this truly world class artist live and in person.
