Food prices quite dear especially the fudge stall, the fire seemed small this year. Just a suggestion you could play music with the fire works to add to atmosphere.

Wasn’t as good as last years event, couldn’t hear the music while the fireworks played unlike last year and wasn’t as many stools either, atmosphere wasn’t the best and the fireworks didn’t last as long as I thought they would either.

Review of Open Air Cinema - Shrek

On saturday night they inflated the screen for it to be blown over by the wind. No announcement made to say it was cancelled was left for over an hour with no news whatsoever. Kept allowing people in so they could spend money. I had to ask was it cancelled to be told yes but would be postponed and was not allowed refund as they had postponed not cancelled. Wouldn't tell us date to be rescheduled. No annoumcement on social media of apology for invonvenience until sunday afternoon. Have now been told it has moved to september but still wont commit to date to see if we can make it as they're only issuing refunds if you cant but yet are failing to provide anyone with any information.

Severely disappointed in whole event and the handling of it on the night and afterwards. Could've been dealt with better. Currently dont think we'd attend another event. Want a full refund for the event
