Fantastic venue and great night of comedy.

Review of Strings - Christmas Sing-a-long Special

Enjoyed the night overall but needs a rethink. Advertised as a sing-a-long but staff told people to be quiet during the performances. Also maybe words could be projected onto a wall or sheets provided on tables for those songs that it was ok to sing along with as some song choices were slightly unusual ( Justin Beiber ). It felt like the audience were expected to behave as they might at a recital and not a sing-a-long. Clearly some disappointed attendees on the night.

Amazing comedy show. All the acts and the host were hilarious, kane brown had me in literal tears. Venue was cold however it was a barn in a car park so is to be expected

My first time at Herbert's yard.. didn't realise it's outside 😱😱😱😱. My fault.. not appropriately dressed for the weather as it was bloody freezing!.. but the comedians, staff, other guests, the belly laughing, face ache and the great atmosphere certainly warmed me up. Brilliant night ?'?🏾?'?🏾?'?

This was a great comedy show! The venue is quirky & rustic so wrap up warm if attending during the colder months. However, the atmosphere & vibe were phenomenal and the main act, Kane Brown was epic and just as real as he is on his social media videos. Such a lovely genuine guy. The staff were friendly and spot on with their service and the variety of food was definitely a big attraction. Must go to venue if you are local to the area.

Attend this show a lot but honestly last night was brilliant it was full atmosphere amazing kane brown was awesome !!! Laughed so much !!

The reason for giving Strings sing a long a thumbs down is no reflection on the venue or the orchestra, it was purely because of the misadvertisement. We were told off by a very grouchy audience telling us to shush and shut up when we were singing! Upon asking the staff if we were allowed to sing they said yes! But then another member of staff told us we weren't allowed to sing and that it was in fact advertised incorrectly! So very disappointing indeed! but we made the evening our own anyway and ignored the grouchy members of the audience and sang our hearts out!! Next year can we please have a proper Christmas sing a long evening! I'm pretty sure it will sell out as quickly as the orchestra evening!
