Always a good vibe at Luna. Could do with more staff on the bars because we waited an hour to get a drink. Tom Zanetti and the others were mind blowing, great atmosphere, amazing music and lovely memories made!

the VIP section was far to over crowded. sold to many tickets to how much room there actually was. Bar ques where massive. atmosphere was amazing, vibe was amazing, getting in and out was a breeze

Bouncers didnt let us in because it was 'too late' at 9.45 after we had tickets bought for weeks and even contacted luna on instagram who said theyd be no last entry on the day. Had no refund or response from luna on instagram

Security staff were very rude. The queue to get a drink was ridiculous. Just not organised very well. Seemed too many people for the size of the venue. Unfortunately we left.

Hi,
We booked 8 tickets beforehand and were on time just before 10pm . This was planned ages before for a birthday party and people travelled from far despite a rail strike. On arrival, we were handled roughly and pushed aside and told we were late although it was just before 10pm. We had tickets booked and asked repeatedly but were told to get lost and to send an email for refund instead. The total amount was 270 pounds.

Kindly give us an explanation as this borders on Racism+ rudeness of an unacceptable kind.
Either refund us for this or else we would need to take some action from our end.

This was for a Tom Zanetti concert at Luna Springs on 13th. I write this to you from outside the venue
