What was promised on the various advertisements was not present on the day. Dj initially was awful. No dhol players dancers shisha cinema rooms. Food stalls were very minimal and we booked as a group so we had spent a lot on tickets so we were very disappointed. We spent nearly £200 on tickets and drinks from the bar that day. We have been to an event at that venue in the past which was good so we had high expectations.

We had to pay £11.25 each for entry and only after I asked at around 4 we were told the attractions won't start until after 6pm. We have been there since 2.30 waiting and waiting, spent money on drinks and food (fyi was expecting more than 3 small stalls with food for such event) so it cost us nearly £100 for a party of 4 for sitting in a pub. I feel really ripped off and had to apologise to my friends who came over to Birmingham and wasted a day (and money). Definitely money NOT well spent and a waste of a day. I suggest next time you provide a more specific schedule and be more specific, if I he known the only attraction before 6 will be a dj I would never even bother coming (considering the party was meant to be from 2pm onwards )

A little disappointed as it firstly started later than first planned and some friends that came from London missed out. It was said that there would be other rooms open which there wasn’t and even still it was quite empty. The food was limited and stalls had ran out of items in the first hour and was expecting much more.

On a better note, the music was great and the set up of the games arcade was a good idea.
