Great event, it was busy, great atmosphere though the venue's bar prices were extortionate and it took ages to get served.
This reggae event was a really good look for Birmingham.
Hope to see many more held there.

Always the same at this venue getting served at the bar, more bar staff needed, waited ages to get served, improve the service please

Great event. Great host. Didn't appreciate the different prices when we went for drinks though. One time it was £10 next it was £45 next it £36 etc. The bar manager female, had to be called as we refused to pay due to the fact that one of the drinks her staff served did not taste at all like alcohol but fruit juice. She was very matter of fact, was defensive accusing us of refusing to pay for our drinks when the matter of the fact was, somebody please try this drink; which legally they couldn't, as they stated; so the rest of the drinks we ordered were grabbed out of my hand, causing spillage on my hands and clothes, not to mention embarrassment. We reordered, heavy heartedly, and I did stress to the bar manager that I was suprised at how unprofessional, rude and judgemental she was and clearly disregarded the matter at hand. The real truth matter. Her whole attitude was so stand offish that we all were so shocked. More to the point that the young boy and girl that caused this unnecessary facade to begin with didnt even have the audacity to be honest regarding our complaint. Taking into account the length of time we had to wait to order a drink and the time it took for the bar manager to arrive and the sheer rudeness, absolutely awful. Being accused of refusing to pay having cups forcefully removed from my hands and being looked at and treated like a criminal. Very unprofessional and definitely could've been dealt with quickly and easily if the one dodgy drink was replaced. No dramas. Quite sad because the night was amazing.

when promoting dance or show talk the truth don't say all these top DJ are going to turn up knowing they're not going to play any tunes in the world clash I felt rubbed it won't happen again I came from London to hear some veteran's clash with the young guns That's how this was promoted in the first place I took your word and thought I was coming to witness a different type of history some top DJ turned up to collect awards only I felt rubbed maybe I should of read the fine print better before buying my tickets I'm left disappointed your promoting ploys worked. it won't work next time with me
