If more songs at first was more known it would be better but no one knew the first few hours of tunes so to make it better I would have a few new tunes but more songs that people know

amazing concert - but the organisation of the event by the O2 was horrendous. there were no barriers or queues, just huge crowds of people pushing forwards with no security to control it. we were queueing for 2 hours in total and missed the first half hour of the show - no security turned up until 6:45 (45 minutes after the doors opened) and only when they saw the state of the crowd did they bring out any barriers. absolutely horrendous. but on a more positive note, the concert itself was unreal. absolutely amazing experience!!
